Church History

The International Christian Community Church opened its doors for service at 3406 Belair Road Baltimore MD, on Sunday July 9th 2000 under the leadership of Pastor Geoffrey Muchoki. Most Christian, friends and well wishers from within and around Baltimore attended the first service. Since launching of I.C.C.Church, there has been a service every Sunday.

Rev Canon Dr. John Karanja took over the leadership of I.C.C.Church in January 2003, and on May 25th, 2003, in the presence of a representative of the Bishop from Kenya, Rev. Michael who was then the principle of Berea Bible Theological College in Kenya, witnessed the colorful ceremony where Rev. John was inducted and commissioned as the Pastor – in Charge of I.C.C.Church.
In January 2014, I.C.C.Church moved from 3406 Belair Road to their new location at St. Andrews Episcopal Church, 6515 Loch Raven Boulevard, Parkville MD. 21239, and changed the name of I.C.C.Church to St. Andrews International Christian community Anglican Episcopal Church.  Since the commencement of St. Andrews I.C.C.A.E Church, it has been a place where many hurting, the depressed the frustrated, and the confused found love, hope, acceptance, help, forgiveness, guidance, and encouragement. The Church have since then became a home for many Christians from all denominations without regard to race, economic class, religion, culture, ethnicity, family status, gender, age or physical and mental abilities.
It has been always the desire for all members to provide inspirational and stimulating experiences through our Worship that allow all who participate the opportunity to embrace the presence of the Almighty God and acknowledge His Grace and Power. As a church, we always strive to work in cooperation with all other Christian Churches and Church Organizations around the world that teaches the doctrine of Christ in the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, Amen. “On Christ the Solid Rock we stand.” Amen
